Agreement to Terms
By buying a seat in The Intensive, joining the Web App Intensive Membership or taking part in a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy, join or take part.
Session Description
Web App Intensive runs live sessions on Discord. In each one, a brand goes from idea to open for business on screen in a live session: a skincare line (hair care and makeup included), a clothing line, a supplement line or a business website. You build yours alongside. Sessions take place live on Discord and require active participation throughout the day. The Intensive is your first session. Members keep a live seat at every session. Both include Training, Sequence and step reviews, and My Brand with your brand site and files; members also get Showcase and the Discord community.
Payment and Pricing
A seat in The Intensive is $199 USD, paid one time. The Web App Intensive Membership is $999 USD per month, billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time with the Cancel Membership button to stop future charges; your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. A seat in The Intensive keeps its access to the session it was bought for. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor.
All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to attend, schedule conflicts, technical difficulties on your end, or dissatisfaction with a session or the membership. Canceling stops future charges and does not refund a month already paid. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Session Access
After payment, you get your live seat on Discord by email: for your session with The Intensive, and for every session while your membership is active. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your Discord invite or allow others to attend using your registration.
Live Build Guarantee
If you attend the full session live, follow all instructions, and actively take part in the session, and your brand or business site is still not live by the end of the day, we will finish it for you. This guarantee requires your full attendance and participation. It does not apply if you arrive late, leave early, or do not follow the provided instructions.
Intellectual Property
What you build during the session is yours. You retain full ownership of the brand, website and content you create. The teaching materials, methods, templates and content provided during the session and the membership remain the intellectual property of Web App Intensive.
Live Sessions
Sessions happen live, and you take part by attending live. Your brand sequence, step by step, live.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to keep a respectful and professional environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Web App Intensive and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in a session or the membership. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
