Cancellation Policy
The Intensive
A seat in The Intensive is a one-time purchase. It cannot be canceled for a refund once it is paid. Your seat keeps its access to the session it was bought for.
The Membership
The Web App Intensive Membership renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time with the Cancel Membership button. No further charges are made after you cancel, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Failed Payments
If a monthly payment does not go through, we email you so you can update your card.
No Refunds
Canceling never refunds a payment already made. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
